How to have Samsung's Yahoo Finance at Window's Default/Titanium?

Hi, Newbie here.

I have been trying to figure this out....How can I access the Samsung's Yahoo Finace from the Window's Default/Titanium? Currently the only way is to exit the windows default, go in the Samsung WigetPlus, and draw out the icon to access.

Can anyone help? Much appreciated.
