Apparently your device has been flashed already. Your picture shows you the ROM and Radio version.

If you want to change your device's name, then go to the settings of your device:
>>Settings > System > Info>( second tab) Device ID.

Changing the ROM version will require you to flash it again.
If this is your intend, off course.

Can i upgrade my PDA rom version without removing all applications or anything from my current setup? Just like when I upgraded the phone radio rom?
