Hey guys found a tweak for those using default Windows Mobile SMS.
When composing a message you would have to click menu and add recipient. But now you can search for you contacts from the "To" field

HKLM/System/Inbox/RecipientAutoComplete/DisableIMEContextInAddressFields

Change value from 1 to 0.

I dont know if this has been shared before but just sharing.
It works on my own custom ROM so it may vary depending on your ROM.

what should the registry change exactly do?
you mean tapping on the "To" field? or the dropdown menu while writing a name there? or something else?

When you touch the to field you can now search for the name there. instead of having to press menu then add recipient

On my phone that's working like that with both the registry set to 0 or 1... strange :)
