so, what I have done so far is as follows:
for every widget on my today screen, I added as an overlay an additional invisible widget that points to he application I want....
since, if you have layered widgets, only the top most gets pressed, when I press the widget I see I actually go to the invisible application I selected...
but this is cheating... its not a solution...
to get invisible widgets, you need to install mskips pro elegance themes... find them at XDA...
still looking for a solution
