Adding a pause between numbers in contact list

I have Omnia i910, does anyone know how to program a pause between numbers in the contact list? I've tried letter p or comma but don't seem to work.

using comma's "," will work as well. I have pauses in my outlook contact list at work to dial extensions. It actually surprised me when it worked on my cell phone.
