FM Radio via A2D2 Bluetooth use an antenna plug?

hello all. i would like to know if anyoen has an FM Tuner program that will let me output sound over bluetooth to my headphones while having an "antenna" of sorts plugged into the headphoen jack.

I realy like no cords and dont understand why there isnt a simple option to plug in an antenna and let the FM Radio work.
