Hey guys, for some reason I can't get EmForm.dll to work with my phone (IJ9 ROM). The general interface shows but the text for the "FROM" and "TO" (When composing), as well as the "Time Field" are all missing. Also, when trying to save a draft, the message box appears but neither has any text or buttons on it making in completely unuseable.

My first guess is this is because my phone does not have the original Samsung Gothic font it used to have when I was on the 6.1 ROM it shipped with, I can see a Samsung Gothic Korean font but that obviously won't work for me, I need the english version.

Can someone kindly upload the Samsung Gothic Font and any other needed files to make EmForm.dll to work? For those who don't know, EmForm.dll is the Samsung e-mail viewer/composer which was scrapped on the 6.5 ROM for the default Windows Mobile e-mail viewer/composer (htmlnote.dll).

EDIT: Okay, I think it's EmForm.dll.0409.mui that I need after all, and not the Samsung Font. Does anyone have that? Or whatever EmForm.dll related files you might have. 0409 is the code WWE mui files, by the way.

Thanks guys! :-)

Lemme try this real quick. Thanks! :-)

People might think it's weird but, aside from the uber slow and memory hungry Samsung Main Menu, I like everything else they have done. I'd actually go ahead and use the T*Omnia Main Menu that's available here however I'd prefer to be able to map it to the soft start menu button (the one on the task bar). I find it odd that the Windows Mobile 6.1 ROMs have this option (by enabling the TouchWiz UI in the settings) but not the 6.5 ROMs I've tried.

I don't mind 'cause the Windows Mobile 6.5 start menu is pretty fast, though a little clumsy if you don't spread everything out in sub-folders.

You're welcome. Let me know if you need the dll as well (there's only the .dll and the .mui file).
Good luck with that, I don't know how 6.1 works, 'cause I switched from 5.0 to 6.5 directly but I imagine it should work.

IT WORKS! Thank you sooo much. My phone's interface looks more consistent now. :-)

I am loving this community.

Everyone else: To use the Samsung e-mail editor, you need both the EmForm.dll and EmForm.dll.0409.mui (for WWE) in your Windows Folder. You also need to edit to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\MsgTypes\IPM\Note\DLL to say "EmForm.dll"

I am on a US Verizon i920 - I was wondering if anyone could help me out obtaining the necessary files to access samsung's JINBOX. I would like to see the samsung skinned email and messaging apps.

unless the two .dlls attached above are all that I need.

Thanks in advance.

I have following files in my windows-folder:

1) EmForm.dll
2) EmForm.dll.0409.mui
3) EmForm.dll.0424.mui
4) emform.dll.040e.mui
