I've got the same issue. Samsung's picture browser sets wallpaper for current screen orientation. If you set the wallpaper in landscape mode, it will be splitted when in portrait. Changing wallpaper with stock Microsoft's picture viewer or XnView should fix it, but the wallpaper probably won't work with WidgetPlus.

The reason for that is the wallpaper you've installed is in 480x800 resolution. B7610's resolution is 480x800 in portrait but in landscape it becomes 800x480. So when you put a 480x800 resolution wallpaper in landscape, the wallpaper is not enough to cover the 800 width and what the B7610 does is not stretching the image but tiling it so the wallpaper is repeated to cover the width. What you need to do to solve this problem is install a 800x800 resolution wallpaper so it will be the whole image you will see for both portrait and landscape mode.

Sounds obvious, boyong..

But isn't it streched displayed if you take 800x800? Or will a cutout be displayed?

It will be a cutout. In portrait mode the middle part will only appear and the edges are cutout.

Blue lock screen will be shown if you used protected pictures from the gallery (pictures with small lock thumbnail attached). I've tried wallpaper with 1280*800 and it works wevery well, full wallpaper in landscape mode and only at the middle of the picture in normal mode.

I've also found something weird about wallpaper setting. If you unable default windows setting menu and use it to change wallpaper, auto wallpaper size adjustment from samsung widget will be disabled.
