Hi,

I just found out a small issue lately, as I was going on my media player to check some movies, I noticed that nothing were showing. I tried to update and it found all the files and added them but they were nothing still after. Touch player works correctly, though. Anyone may have an idea?

Thanks

Maybe one of the files you have on your Device is corrupted in some way, and whenever it´s being scanned, it destroys the media player´s database... try deleting some files that seem a little suspicious (long names, special characters, uncommon formats) and try again.

greetings
Alex

Well, I just flashed my phone last night again so it fixed the issue but I'm still wondering what caused the issue, must be because of a software.

Great, I think I found out the issue, I just installed Touch player and Core player then went to test some video on the media players. Guess what? Nothing were showing up.
