Does it works on WM 6.5.X??
I've installed on a 6.5.X and it works!!

How can I remove the start up sound?
I've re-installed the DisableStartShutdownSounds.cab (Disable Start and ShutDown sounds) and IT WORKS!

Here's the Windows 7 shutdown screen for WM 6.5!

Power_off.gif (15.61K)
Number of downloads: 264

And the Win 7 shutdown sound.

PowerOff.wav (198.04K)
Number of downloads: 115

You must copy them to DEVICE\Windows\ and overwrite the old files.
It will warn you because the files are loaded in the ROM! So Use at your own risk!

I tested in my Omnia II i8000 (WM 6.5 build 21876.5.0.72) and it works!

Bootup is working fine on B7610 (WM6.5) :huh:

THX for sharing!

PS: How to disable sound (which filename to adjust)? It's playing, even Volume is muted before reset - very uncomfortable in meetings :rolleyes:
