Is there anywhere .cabs for these AMAZING UI ("Titanium") - which I've seen it in Sector's Roms, for WinMo 6.1 Roms???

It would be brilliant to have this superb UI in 6.1 Roms.

Any luck, lads?

(Also, any .cabs for COMPLETE ALL Samsung Apps BLACK skin???)

Thxs in advance.

that's what's called a "choice". 6.5 isn't very stable yet so some people prefer to stick with 6.1 for the time being.

Wm 6.5 3 Times BETTER THAN Wm 6.1??? Are you kidding ... right? For now wm 6.5 sucks. We are testing beta versions of wm 6.5 for microsoft, so they can have a better final product. Maybe the final release of wm 6.5 will be better than wm 6.1, but for now wm 6.5 doesn't offer the stability and speed that you get on wm 6.1.

Dude,

I don't think so to the present situation!! To my experience WM6.1 is 1000 times bettre than current WM 6.5 crap! But this may eventually taken over after the final release of WM6.5, which seems not to far away! lol

Spartan Friend!
If you want my opinion, because I have experienced no 30 rom, this time I do not think you will find in the rom to 6.5 in overall score will be better than a 6.1 ! And for the simple reason that no proper rom to 6.5 final! All seduce us with their new applications or versions, but in reality they can to get for yourself! So Get a rom as http://www.bytheway....ead.php?t=11308 that will find here http://www.modaco.com/content/i900-general...ly-24-may-2009/ and chose one of the proposed 5 rom the t2008! That new I like the added alone! I say my opinion and here to save time and money perhaps! And also here 2 months and I have not stuck or once !!!!!!!

Give this method a go, it will work on Windows 7 as well.

But only if you are on 32-bit because as far as I recall one of the programs doesn't run under 64-bit versions of Windows.

As to which ROM is better, I personally love 6.5 and will not go back to 6.1... sure, 6.5 is not complete yet and as such has a few niggles but it's not bad. It's faster and much more usable for me, and it's only a little less stable than 6.1 and previous versions. With all due respect to the cooks, I tried a bunch of 6.5 ROMs and found a clean ROM to be much quicker and nicer... so I flashed a clean version of 6.5 and did it up to match my needs.

The only complaints I have of 6.5 is the little square in the top left corner, the fact that the finger mouse doesn't work properly and the occasional closing of programs. These are the known issues, other than that I think there's no reason to ever want to go back to 6.1.

I hate to necro for my first post on this site, but this is the only open thread I have found anywhere that asks exactly what I am looking for and is not more than 6 months old already. Pretty much every other thread that I have ran across have all been closed with "surch n00b" and other like comments, yet the links they post are to topics that don't answer the question or are already 4-5 months old. So, back on topic. I have a stock 6.1, have tried 6.5 but haven't found one I like that is stable & good with battery drain & plays nice with DRM. However, I really want to be able to continue to use the Titanium layout. I know it has to be possible, even if it is somewhat buggy or other problems. Anyone have any (constructive) comments on doing this?

(Mods, sorry for bumping an old thread, but I felt it was better to bump a 2.5 month old thread than create a new one that asked the same exact thing and be told to read it anyways :) )

Me too, all the current 6.5 roms have the start and ok buttons on the bottom bar.

This looks nice but it causes problems with several applications as the ok button obscures menu bars etc.

So thats +1 for me, I would also like to get Titanium working on 6.1 (I'm sure I've seen Windows standard 6.1 with some form of CHOME)

Giffgaff the network run by you
