i was wandering abt the camera in the omnia, i actually never really noticed it until i wanted to take some macro pics and they needed to be precise..
actually when u open the camera and it displays what is in the viewfinder, and u take the picture, the picture turns out to be a bit over the borders u wanted to take..
i dont know if i am making myself understood here,, it is not that easy to explain that...
lets say that i want to take a macro pic or any pic for that matter, but i dont want to take near objects, for example if i am standing near a tree and i dont want the tree in the pic, and i adjust the omnia in a way that the tree is not on the display and then i take the picture,, but when i review the pic, i find that it took the tree as well in the picture. but on the screen when i took the picture i made sure it was not in the display...
anyone noticed that as well? is there a way to resolve this thing??,, because when taking macro pics it gets really annoying since if i wanna take pics of texts and not include the table in the pic,, i always end up with the table also and i have to crop the pics all the time.
one other thing, i am using official DZIA5 and my camera drains the battery like crazy, even without flash.

Do you have it set so the picture fills the whole screen? This cuts off the edges, as the camera takes regular aspect ratio images, and the omnia has a widescreen display.

It's one of the options in the settings.
