ok thank you vey much for the tcpmp solution but this is a small problem
the big problem is the second (the 3g problem)that if we solved it it will be really helpfull to a lot of people which have the i900L

I had the same problem after flashing my phone, i had to go to my providers website and get the settings for the connection and the proxy settings. ( it sad on the website that for the omnia, i had to do it manualy...... it`s vodafone... ) i know after flashing ,the omnia asks you something when it detects the sim-card! and even when i clicked yes do it automatic, it did not work. i flashed my omnia a lot, the last couple of months .......! sometimes i had to manual add the 3g settings, sometimes the settings were already there......

hope this helps

g`luck

goto Operator settings:

Switch to a random wrong provider, press ok
wait 20 sec
back to the settings
switch to right provider, press ok

works for me
