Has anyone had this issue? I only have text/MutiMedia messaging...... No data Plan. I don't ever get online but i have random data usage. anywhere from 1kb to 40kb at any given time. I'm only talking a couple of dollars a month........ I don't have any idea where these data usages are coming from. ATT customer support was no help. I lock my keys everytime i'm off the phone so i don't think its accidental internet usage but i don't know..... anyone have any ideas....
please help

Check to make sure you are not sending in "customer feedback".
Under Start,
then settings,
then click "more" (3 times on my phone)
then click "customer feedback"
Then make sure the feature is disabled.

Also, on the same screen as customer feedback, there is Error Reporting, make sure that's also disabled.

Hope that helps,
Andy

It's one of the problems I have been having a lot lately, if you've already unlocked your phone, I'd suggest disabling the CV and media net buttons because more than a few times I've pulled my phone out to find that those applications have been opened.
