To change your animation you need to save one of the animations (Right mouse click Save Image...) you like ,then rename it (like in the example)
For Poweron Rename your picture to welcomehead.96 or Ani_Poweron or something like that (should be named as the original file)
For Poweroff Rename your picture to Ani_Poweroff or something like that (should be named as the original file)
Then copy it to Windows usng Resco Explorer (Replace the existing file)
Vuola' you have new poweron (poweroff) animation

EDIT: Reason I ask is I thought animation pictures were .gif.

Anyone know if this works on the i910 and if it does, which files to replace? There's not an Ani_Poweron or Welcomehead file in the Windows directory. Thanks!

They're all animations. Click on each individual pic and it will open the animation in a new window, then u can save it
