Hi Guys

Is it possible to use alarm sounds that aren't .wav files? I know that they go inside the \Windows folder, but mp3's wont work, wmas wont work, only wavs. This is a little annoying

Is there any way to use mp3s for alarms? I'm using 6.5

Noway. In WinMo (6.5 as well as 6.1 as all the rest) alarm sounds MUST be in .wav (and be deployed in [root]\windows also).

Use 3rd party alarm app (like GAlarm - the best alarm app on the market with Windows Mobile integration).

I agree, the original Samsung one is the best. You can use it to wake up to MP3's or even the radio! Galarm has always had an adverse effect on my battery life.
