andromnia 0.3.1 (alpha) - based on rev103

readme inside the package :D

NEW since rev78:
+ SGH-i900 specific kernel based on 2.6.29 (sgh-i910 should also work) (Thx to Stefan Schmidt!!)
+ Basic battery support (no fake driver needed, but still not full detected by Android)
+ Basic touchscreen support (freezing randomly)
+ Full 128MB RAM support
+ Some buttons working (phone down (=back), volume up/down)

PROBLEMS:
If;
-Your screen turns black,
-Your text streaks vertically,
-The flash stays on, or
-The text gets chopped off
...reset your phone and try again. If you get all 4 of these in a row you win a cookie!
Also, you'll have to re-format your ext2 partition. ;)

very cool project. I got the kernal to boot up on my i910 but I still need to find a microSD card for the root filesystem. Maybe someway to mount via loopback file? :D really looking forward to playing with this

Shokka9!

It's not working fully, this OS just booting, and you can see the booting picture, but there is NO any driver, so we can't use it, I put it to my Omnia, I ran it, and it booted, and when I called my Omnia, Omnia didn't say: Hey! Somebody calling you. So, you can't use it :\
But I hope Fella and him developer team will make it really useful!

If you ROM maker, and you'd like to have a really fast mirror, write me PM

this package should work on all omnias, 900/907/910.

if some people get kernel panic; maybe you extracted complete rootfs dir onto the sdcard and not only the content.

files like init, initrc or folders like system have to be on the main of your sd card.

another mistake is wrong partition layout..

greetings, fella :D

Holy cow, the first dual-boot OS for a phone :D WinMo or Android.. /drool

Can't wait to have functionality added (radio drivers) so this could actually be used and not just played with ;) (Not that I'm complaining, playing is fun)

Buy me a drink if I helped you out. :)

WHOA mind=blown. This is amazing and a huge breakthrough!! It appears nothing works yet, but this much much closer the anything I've seen in the usual forums about getting Andriod working on our Omnias. Great job to the folks who have made it this far!!!
