Does anyone know of a 6.5 ROM for the BJ2?

Chances of getting a real one when it is released?

I don't think this is the case considering the old T-mobile Dash has had WM 6.5 based roms cooked for it at XDA-devs that supposedly perform quite well.

The Blackjack is a decent phone with decent hardware, but there is very little online community for customizing and cooking new roms for this phone. I have two HTC Wizards (Cingular 8125s) and I felt like as a bonus, I got the XDA community when I got those phones. Not so with Samsung. If only we could find someone interested in porting the WM 6.5 base roms to the i617, we'd be good. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do this.

Thanks for the post, but py8 has released an update to this ROM 12/30/2009 with updated English localization support, numerous bug fixes, and it appears to be flawless. I've been running it since release, and it's a dream! Available here!

Hiya ^^; not too sure, are you trying to use activesync and have a bluetooth dongle for the pc? It will be the port the dongle is set in the pc. The phone should connect and sync just fine =)
