OK, been meaning to do this for a while but been rather busy so here it is.

I have uploaded a number of files to my RapidShare account, here you will find:

- My ROMs, there are separate threads about them.
- My XIP ports used in my ROMs and some others
- My kitchen I am currently using. This is still beta.
- FixMSelect package.

http://rapidshare.com/users/2TV415

The FixMSelect package can be placed under OEM or SYS and it adds a registry tweak to allow you to drag to select multiple files in file explorer and a few other programs. This functionality was removed from new ROMs.

Another bug that people have found when porting new ROMs is that the finger mouse doesn't work properly. This can be fixed by replacing SYS/OS/gwes.exe with the one from your base ROM.

Remember when replacing XIPs, you must insert it into your os.nb and rename os.nb.new! I have some batch files and stuff in my new kitchen which makes all of this easy. I will upload those once I've tidied everything up.

As usual, won't be responsible for bricking your phone etc B)

Enjoy!

Steven

ps. I'm currently testing 21028 at the moment and will probably upload that in a few days time once I'm satisfied with it.

Update 20/03/09
Uploaded some new XIPs.
My kitchen.rar which I use as a starting point, based largely on the SYOK one but changed a lot of the batch files. This is still work in progress.

Thank you very much for your work! :-).
The mouse problem was something that nobody could resolve and you found (so simple!) solution.

We were trying so strange things with Sector that I've started to think that's impossible to solve it B).

New build seems faster and no bugs that I'm aware of... then again I wasn't aware of any bugs in the original :(

Sigh... still no getting emails on replies B)
Got a pretty slow connection at home so will see if I can upload to mediafire when back to work next week.
I'll try and find a link to the SYS, think it was from xda-developers...

There's nothing special needed for cooking 6.5, existing kitchen works. If you look at my links there are also some 6.5 XIPs there, just pop in a compatible SYS then cook away B)
There is however a lot that may need to be done to optimise and customise for best performance, for that I will have to refer you to Sector, KhuanChai and QBus :(

yes stevenh, just made (a while ago, but had to tweak it) nice 20954 ROM, its in the thread.

just had to say thanks for the XIP, the mouse fix & multi selection fix. Everything works, easy as pie when you got the know how.

B)
