It's very unlikely you can change your MAC address. It'll be hard-coded - like just about every other network device you can get. Why would you want to change it anyway?

I know on Most version of standard windows you can edit the registry so from a DHCP point of you you can change the presented MAC Address to be something else. You use the DHCPClientIdentifier reg key.

I dont know how this works exactly if it spoofs changing the MAC address or just gives the NIC two MAC Addresses. Likewise I dont know if it will work on Windows Mobile but it is worth a look on the web. You normally use this setting under the Parameters section under the adapter under currentcontrol set.

Its worth a look.

hi,

this does indeed change the mac address but after a few minutes (without reboot or reset) or if i connect to my router the original mac is already present. any idea how to avoid that?

MAC address should be unique to your device, but of course you can spoof it, but your original MAC address will still be hardcoded on the device.
