Can someone tell me what files are safe to move from the main memory to either my storage or the sd card, as i am fast running out of room, despite installing apps to my storage, they still install some files to main memory

are you using resco file explorer? try looking in the option and click Do not use recycle bin.

if you're using the default file explorer, i'm not sure how you can empty recycle bin... files are still in memory when deleting using standard file explorer.

other than personal files and pictures i dont think there are any "unneccesary" file in main storage.

SKTools is a great app, well worth the $$$ there's a tweak that allows moving apps and files to destination of your choice.
