HL2 is the latest Version of the ROM. At the moment I'm using this fix with the cleaned Rom, Revision b of:

Oh yeah ofcourse, duh...

I'm on HK3 cause HL2 is not officialy released yet, i think.

I've never had any wifi issues, sure the signal is lower than on a standard laptop, but I just guessed that it's normal since it's actually a phone and not a pda.

Do I have to do any setting changes when I use wifi with my Omnia? I can't make it working. I have 3g working fine but now I'm abroad and the only way to use internet via cell phone would be wifi.
I can get connected to my home network (it clearly says "connected") but I still can't use the web...I've tried many different applications but none of them could connect. What canges could possibly have effect on this? Maybe something in connections->connections (because I don't actually understand much of that menu )
I've disabled my gprs, wap and mms with modaco nodata but it shouldn't have any effect on this.

Hello !

I've the same problem ! I use a little program called peekpocket to see the wifi wave around me, it detects my wifi connection instantly, but when I want to connect, my phone doesn't detect the signal :D

I also try SkTools but nothing better !

I've another problem : when the wifi is activated on my i900, when the screen switch off, it's impossible to switch on again. I've to soft reset. Do someone have this problem (and the solution) ?

Thanks for your answers, and excuse me for the bad english.

I'm trying winmo 6.5 21215, and I notice that my wifi doesn't bug anymore.
Concerning the signal rate, this is better but it stays bad !

Hi guys!

My wifi has very good strength. I use PDhee_i900Omnia_23529_M2Dv2_beta1 rom and with Sktools i enabled Wifi G and in the wifi settings i use NE2000 Compatible Ethernet Driver. This combo gives u quite good strength.
But i have a problem. My school uses WPA2 AES PEAP wifi. In Advanced Config, under Network menu i enabled "WPA authentication" and choose No for "Validate server certificate". I try to connect, it asks for the user name, password and domain. I type in my username and password, but i don't need domain. (The net is working on my laptop with these settings and there are no need for domain name). After all I get this error and it's not connecting: "Cannot log on to the wireless network. This network requires a personal certificate to positively identify you."

What can I do to make it work? :S
