XXHH3 radio ROM added to ROM links post, many thanks to member 'text'!

Info...

- Flashed onto my device via GrandPrix 1.5.2 XP 'Phone' option
- Flashed on top of DXHG5 radio with DXHH1 PDA
- All working fine (see screenshot)
- Device does not hard reset on soft reset
- Flashing the radio didn't hard reset the device

As usual, I risk the first flash so you don't have to :D Also as usual, attempt at your own risk :D

Any anomalies, like the hard reset when soft resetting? How about improvements? Thanks

Updated first post, no hard reset when soft resetting, and installing didn't hard reset the device.

Radio ROM improvements are incredibly hard to quantify, but generally it's improved reception, improved battery life etc. etc.

I'm a bit confused :D
I downloaded the XXHH3 Radio from your link:-

XXHH3 (radio only, tested (details!): http://www.mediafire...php?3f7mpacufai

Ran the installation, it hard reset my device and now tells me my Radio version is:- DXHG4

Did I do something wrong? :D

Ummm, Simon, are you getting confused? There's no install in there, only a BIN file!

Oh, your mistake was double clicking it :D

Load Grand Prix, Click 'Phone', select the BIN file, then click 'Detect' and press the reset pin. Don't touch any other options!

Thanks again PAUL, but it is impossible not to be doing badly but I can not put it, I do steps: change to singapore, Grandprix selection and get on the phone bin, I give my omnia detect plug into the computer, and I turn gives this error: OnDeviceChange: DBT_DEVICEARRIVALPDA Device not found.

One question on flashing.. Must I flash it to G5 with the radio and then to H1 Rom?
Can I just flash my G4 Rom to H1 instead? Cause I don't see a point with the i908 radio on i900.

Done :D . Everything is working and working well. I was thinking that best case SS woud put these updates on the web for download and worse case I had to go to a service center when I take vacation in December (I work in the middle of nowhere). Joining this forum has saved me a lot of worries and got my rig in tip top shape. Thanks Paul and everyone else especially chaimd who contributed alot of know how to this. Whats next? :D
