Will USA/Canada 3G work on the Omnia?

Could you, please, give us more details? There was a big discussion here about US 3g, but it resulted in nothing. You are the first person here to claim to have a 3G signal in North America with i900 Omnia.

Old link, don't know if the method still works or if at&t blocked it, but it was reported to work by a couple people on other forums. So if you already have an oversea Omnia its worth a shot, but if you're yet to get it, I would wait and see how it plays out.

This is different. They are talking about ATT settings for mobile internet. These usualy work fine right after you put in the ATT sim card. However, it only works on EDGE signal and not on 3G.
