I was looking to upgrade my Moto Q to the Q9C today, and found out that Sprint has dropped the Moto Q. This is the response from customer care chat session. Anyone have any additional insight?

---------------------------------

Mark: ok... that helps with the instinct. one other question? i was looking to upgrade my Moto Q to the Moto Q9c, but when I look at the available phone page, it says that the Moto Q9C is not longer available in my area? has sprint discontinued the Moto Q?

Daniella: Thank you for your patience, Sprint is trying to get the Moto Q because of all of the problems with the phone.

Mark: I am not sure I understand? are they trying to drop the moto q?

Daniella: We experience a high volume of complaints about the phone and the features it does and does not support, this is the reason for this.

Not sure that's a very professional response from the CSR! :D

Also doesn't reflect well on Moto of course :(
