How to replace WM6 on HTC Dual Touch How to change the OS language?

I have just bought brand new HTC Dual Touch (T-Mobile MDA Touch Plus), but it comes with installed Dutch version of Windows Mobile 6 Proffessional. Can someone explain to me how should I replace it with English version, because in T-Mobile shop they do not have devices with English version of WM6.

If you do a Hard-reset you should be given a choice of language to use when you go through the initial set-up

are you sure about that? I was told in the shop that there is no way to change the language, because it is defined by version of WM6 that is installed in the factory. How should I do a hard reset, by the way? Thanks.
