File Name: HTC Home (DARK/LIGHT/BLUE and NEW GUAVA!)
File Submitter: tho_

4 COLORS AVAILABLE! With matching color schemes!

Homescreen inspired by Dr. Gonzo's NEW GUAVA (named after) ROM
for the VOX! Two colors available. The Homescreen uses the HTC-
Home plug-in (the trimmed down cab, thank you Greg) and Smart-
monitor. Both included.

The BAT and SIG icons "drains" (empties) as well as showing the
current status in percent, and when you "highlight" the battery/
memory/signal line on the homescreen, the status changes to show
space (%) left on the mSD-card and local storage.

Install the two .cabs and copy everything else to the Home-DIR.

THANK YOU!

DR. MARTIN GONZO, for your awesome VOX Rom! New Guava. Love it!

SGREGORY, for the HTCHome plug-in! :(

The shown taskbar is Smarttoolkit, latest build (Awesome! Which after
updating to ROM v.1.27 (ARA) runs perfect on the VOX!) using Gonzo's
New Guava skin!!

thanks for your post,
i've a problem while installing Gregory_HTCHomeN.cab (it goes to end, but it says: installation unsuccessfull.)
what should i do? i'm using I-mate SPL running WM5.
could i have the files (instead of the cab file) to manually copy them to the device?
thanks for helping me. :-)

I have a HTC S730 (Wings), when I use this home screen or even only Smart Monitor, my phone locks for some 5 seconds then responds to key preses and then locks for 5 seconds again, and this process repeats itself on and on. When I use the standard home screens I have no problems.

I think that smart Monitor processes are locking up my phone.

I love this home screen but I can't use it.

Any work arounds ?

Is there anyway that you could modify the attached homescreen to function the same way that this one does?!
I'd love for this to incorporate Facade with Fizz Weather, PhoneAlarm, Launcher, etc....

Very nice and works well on my Vox, but I have one small problem. In the Start menu all the icon titles are in black text which makes them almost unreadable against a dark background like your Dark theme. Is there a way I can force the font to be white?

I'd like to know this as well. Everyone talks about "Application Data/Home" however that directory does not exist on my 8525 w/ WM6

Do these fantastic home screens exist without the smart monitor? I've noticed that my battery drain is 3 to 4 times faster using these home screens and I'm thinking it's the smart monitor. Great idea and great screens but I prefer longer battery life...
