i have a HTC Touch (Orange).

When i get a reminder i can delay the reminder for 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day.
The option for 15 minutes is available twice.
Anybody knows what to do with it???

Thanks in advance.

I managed to create a screenshot of the problem.
Here you can see i have the option '15 minuten' (15 minutes) twice...

I hope anyone has an idea, because Orange and HTC never heard of it..

Sorry I know it's frustrating not getting an answer, so I thought I'd post one so you know you're not being ignored :(
But it seems like nobody here has heard of it either.....Sorry

Did some searching (again) in the Registry on the term 'reminder', and found the value DEFAULT in the key hklm\software\microsoft\calendar\reminder.
I'm not sure, could this be the place to look for?
The currect value for DEFAULT @ my phone is:
0F 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 D0 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Maybe somebody can check his phone (HTC Touch = Mobile 6) to check for differences?

Edit: according to pdaphonehome this is the right key...
Edit2: i send the question to PocketMax (PhoneAlarm) as well, maybe they know..

I did some tests, the option after 5 minutes works as 10 minutes (only shows 15 minutes)...

So what i need now is a way to fix to OEM (or OEM translation) because i think the error is to be found there.. Any hints?

P.S. i think it's time to adjust the thread-title a bit.

I had some other problems with the phone so i did a reset to factory defaults (which was the suggestion by Orange for this problem as well). It did not solve the problem.
Currently i'm running ROM-version 1.14.63.4 NLD (date 6/11/07) on Operatorversion 23.114.3.634.
If anybody knows how i can update the firmware for an Orange-phone (if there is one), may it would help.

Has been a while. I contacted Orange (NLD) after a reset to factory defaults (no solution) and they picked up the phone. After 2 days i got it back with the note "Fixed"... NOT!
Contact again, they say they cannot solve it ("our delivery terms say we are not responsible for software-errors", which i could not find in their terms).
So, i contacted HTC. The guy i spoke told me he heard this problem once before, with an orange-branded phone, and he was willing to contact the developing department (who has the HTC firmware AND the orange firmware) to see if they can find the error in the orange-version of the firmware.

If anybody knows of this problem, please let me know.

P.S. what does the english phone say? "Delay reminder 5 minutes" OR "pospone reminder 5 minutes" ???
