Here is an App to help you assign the calendar and Contacts Hard keys to whtever you wish .

I have changed Calendar to New SMS

Here is how .

Attached File  SoftKeyApplet.exe (12.41K)
Number of downloads: 2094 Change the .exe to a cpl left clic rename to SoftKeyApplet.cpl ( Not sure why I had to rename to post )

Attached File  tnsms.exe (4.41K)
Number of downloads: 1555

Install both these files into your Windows directory . Soft rest , go into your settings and a new applet will be there to change the buttons .

DON'T FORGET TO SOFT RESET & RENAME THE .EXE PART OF SoftKeyApplet.exe TO SoftKeyApplet.cpl

This SoftKey thing's cool
I didn't want the New SMS, so I didn't bother with it before.

I just tried it on it's own and now I've got Comm Mgr and Messaging.
Thanks

Gents,

Is there any way to get the "call history" on there?

TIA

If you can create a shortcut to the app then yes you can add it (you probably knew that already)
What I don't know is how you can create a shortcut direct to the Call History though.

I'm pretty sure the T-Mobile Wizard ROM includes a call history shortcut in the Start Menu... mine's got an imate ROM now though

This is really nice! Thanks very much! A great example of cool stuff you can do with a Windows Mobile device. Works great on my AT&T Tilt!
