The Game
Buzzz is a a quick action puzzle game, similar to Crazy Daisy
This short review is for the Smartphone version but the basic gameplay will be the same for the PPC.
You play the role of a hungry frog sitting on his lilly pad waiting for his dinner to fly by. Unfortunately for the frog dinner has decided to bite back and the flys are out to revenge their eaten comrades.
The game itself is easy to pick up but after the first few rounds becomes very challenging.
The object of the game is to eat the flys as they buzz around your head. You need to eat the flys quickly by flicking out your tongue, otherwise they decide to get their own back and bite you!
Visually the game is bright and clear with colourful graphics and a catchy tune.
To add to your problems a wasp decides to get in your way, if your tongue catches the wasp it sticks to him for a few seconds while at the same time the flys are getting angry and ready to attack.
The Smartphone version is controlled by the numeric keypad buttons. The screen has the target numbers 1 to 9 displayed and when a fly moves into the target area you have to press the relevent keypad button to catch the fly.
Summary
Overall this is a simple game to pick up but you need to be quick on your buttons
as the game becomes challenging very quickly. While this is not a game you will spend hours at a time playing it will be one that you keep going back to for those short "tea-break" times.
